This single-layer flexible PCB adopts polyimide (PI) as base dielectric material, equipped with 1.6mm FR-4 reinforcing stiffener and electroless nickel immersion gold (ENIG) surface finish, customized for automotive and industrial instrument panels. The polyimide substrate delivers outstanding flexibility, bending resistance and heat resistance to adapt to curved installation space inside instrument panels. The bonded 1.6mm FR4 stiffener enhances local hardness, providing stable support for connector soldering, component assembly and mechanical plugging operation. Immersion gold surface ensures excellent oxidation resistance, stable contact conductivity and reliable solderability for terminals and miniature electronic parts. Featuring lightweight structure, stable signal transmission and long service life, this flex PCB is widely applied in automobile dashboard, meter control panels, vehicle display panels and industrial instrument control assemblies.
